Accurate cuisine with three kinds of menus, with rich and tasty buffet of side disches of cooked, grilled or raw vegetables at lunch and dinner. In a seaside resort you can’t be lacking in seafood with a dish of spaghetti vongole (clams) or some fried seafood. Everyday our menu is enriched with typical seafood dishes of the Adriatic sea.
Using first choice ingredients we try to meet the needs of all our guests.
Thursday dinner is dedicated to a discovery of our cooking tradition; starting with some “chitarrina alla teramana” then some “arrosticini” and finishing with the delicius “pizza dogge” (typical dessert of the tradition). We also do menus for vegetarians, vegans, intolerants and celiacs.
For the children: Special attention goes to our little guests; we have a little cooking corner where mothers can cook for their children to make them feel at home. As an alternative to the daily menu of the hotel we can cook different foods for children who, accompanied by parents, can use the dining room from 12 for lunch and from 19 for dinner. On request our chef will cook vegetable broth, vegetable soup and soup.
Big buffet with cakes and many more sweet surprises, baked everyday by our chef. You can taste in full relax espresso, cappuccino, latte and tea served to your table. Croissants, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, jams, and for continental breakfast lovers, everyday tasty sandwiches.
In the hotel hall, at any time, you can ask for some warm milk.
